Our mission is to provide people with advanced diagnostics & personalised support services to proactively manage their health & maximise their healthspan.
Our Ethos
You should be in control of your own body.
We believe that everyone should have access to their own health metrics and the knowledge to push them in the right direction. Our programmes equip you with deeper insight on your risks & access to a suite of experts, with you in the driving seat.
Science-first.
All of our packages have been designed based on scientific research and years of medical experiences. We don’t believe in miracle cures and fads, but in taking action based on your unique body’s needs & making small changes that will last.
Expert human support.
We don’t just provide information, we surround you with a team of experts to support you at every step. Healthyat100 is a holistic service that combines the latest technology & diagnostic tests with ongoing support to help you dial in your goals.
How did Healthyat100 start?
Healthyat100 started because I wanted to change the approach to healthcare in the UK. I worked as a GP for 25 years, but a challenge was always that people don’t have the tools and knowledge to understand their own bodies. Most of us don’t have the diagnostic tools available to doctors and yet we are bombarded with contradictory & supposedly expert miracle advice on how to eat, exercise & extend our lives.
It became obvious to me that our remedial health services were running into the ground - ever increasing demand, unaffordable costs and an always too late focus. We have to flip healthcare on its head and help people get in front of their risks, take ownership of their health, with the knowledge and tools to manage their bodies. We don’t need to keep waiting to get ill while some of our actions inadvertently increase our health risks. We need instead to start to make the right small changes to stay healthy and active for many years longer. Healthspan is not how long you are alive - It is how long you live while you are healthy and free from serious diseases and debilitating conditions.
I firmly believe that with the right ‘health-management’ programmes and understanding of their key body metrics, it should be possible for a middle-aged person to aim for an extra 10 extra years of healthy and happy life, unaffected by serious diseases. As clinical evidence and our tools improve in coming years the younger groups in our population should be able to listen to their bodies, using super-metrics and services like Healthyat100, to aim for a lot for more than 10 extra years of healthspan.
This is what Healthyat100 sets out to do - to help everyone to ultimately have more healthy, happy years.”
