HealthyAt100

About

Science-first healthcare, built around prevention.

Most people are moving towards unknown, often preventable diseases and frailty without a clear view of what is changing inside their body. HealthyAt100 brings together medical experience, measurable health markers and practical support to help people act earlier.

A note from Gavin

Healthcare should help people act before the warning signs become impossible to ignore.

After more than 35 years in General Practice, I repeatedly saw the same pattern. Many people seek help only after disease has developed, when warning signs have become harder to ignore and opportunities for prevention may sadly have already been missed.

HealthyAt100 was created to offer a different approach. By combining clinical experience, objective health measurements and ongoing support, we help people understand their health earlier and make practical changes while the window of opportunity for positive change is still open.

Our approach

You remain in the driving seat.

Our role is to help you understand your risks, performance and long-term health more clearly. The decisions remain yours, supported by evidence and clinical judgement.

01

You should understand your own body.

Most people know surprisingly little about what is changing inside their body until symptoms appear. We believe people should have access to meaningful health insights, clear medical guidance and the tools to improve their future health while there is still time to act.

02

Science first. Not trends.

Our programmes are built around clinical evidence, modern diagnostics and decades of medical experience, not generic wellness advice or fashionable shortcuts.

03

Information alone rarely changes behaviour.

HealthyAt100 combines data with expert human support, helping you understand what matters most and how to improve it in a realistic, medically grounded way.

The science, simplified

Useful data, interpreted carefully.

Preventative healthcare is not about chasing every number. It is about using the right markers, diagnostics and clinical context to understand risk earlier and guide better decisions.

Measurable markers can help show what is changing before symptoms are obvious.

Diagnostics are interpreted in context, alongside medical history, goals and risk factors.

Lifestyle changes are most useful when they are targeted, realistic and reviewed over time.

Team

Doctors and support around you.

HealthyAt100 is built around clinical judgement, time to listen and clear follow-up.

How is HealthyAt100 different to other personalised health programmes?+
HealthyAt100 takes a proactive, preventative approach to healthcare. We track meaningful body metrics, use targeted health screening and combine doctor-led interpretation with in-person support from performance trainers and other specialists. The aim is to reduce common health risks, improve resilience and extend healthspan using a scientific, highly personalised programme.
Where is the HealthyAt100 programme available?+
The HealthyAt100 longevity clinic programmes are currently available in the greater Birmingham area. Our founding clinic is in Edgbaston, with expert partners nearby. We hope to expand to other regions in future. To register interest for services closer to you, please email team@healthyat100.com.
Can HealthyAt100 help with general medical advice?+
Our core programmes are designed to keep you well and out of hospital. They are not built for typical primary care illnesses or chronic disease management. We also provide private GP services in Birmingham for adult clients, including general medical advice and support for unexpected health issues.
Can my consultations all be managed online?+
No. These are hands-on programmes with physical examinations, supervised diagnostics and face-to-face support. Some follow-up appointments can be managed by video, but the programme is designed around in-person assessment at the clinic and with our local specialist partners.
