The Foundations Programme is designed for people who feel generally well, stay active, and are already health-aware but want a clearer, more objective understanding of what is actually changing beneath the surface. Many of the risks that matter most for long-term health such as cardiometabolic change, declining fitness capacity, loss of resilience often develop quietly, long before symptoms appear or performance obviously drops. Most people pass through this window without realising it exists.

Foundations focuses on measurement, interpretation and clinical context, bringing medical insight and physical performance together to clarify your current health trajectory and identify what is still modifiable now. Rather than relying on isolated tests or assumptions based on how you feel, we take a clinically integrated approach. Cardiometabolic blood markers, continuous glucose patterns, body composition, cardiovascular response, fitness capacity, and recovery are assessed alongside your lifestyle, training habits and goals, so decisions are based on evidence and context, not reassurance.

The aim is not to label problems, but to understand what is changing, what matters most, and where early action has the greatest long-term impact.

Physical Fitness Assessment

A clear assessment that measures your strength, stamina, and cardiovascular fitness to establish a performance baseline.

Second Clinical Consultation

A 60-minute follow-up clinical consultation to review your bloods, fitness, blood pressure, and glucose data, and set clear priorities.
