Almost everyone is flying blind towards unknown, and often preventable, diseases and frailty

There is now a much greater understanding of avoidable diseases and their causes

It is now well proven that you can reduce your odds of developing many avoidable problems if you react to what your body can tell you through early health assessments and modern diagnostics.

At our longevity clinic, we help you focus on your performance and to understand your unique risks when it comes to many avoidable diseases related to your heart, cancer, metabolic disorders, glucose regulation, and even elements of neurodegenerative risk. This extends to preventing or reducing frailty and losing your independence in the longer term.

Proven medicines and drugs can also provide protective capabilities against serious diseases, but they are often misused, inaccessible, or not taken alongside other important actions and changes.

We Are Turning Healthcare on Its Head

Traditional healthcare often waits for symptoms to appear before action is taken. We believe there is a better approach.

Modern diagnostics and health tracking now allow many important risks and changes within the body to be identified far earlier often before disease develops or performance declines.

At Healthy at 100, we focus on the measurable body metrics most closely linked to long-term health, resilience and performance, what we call your Super-metrics.

Using advanced testing, body composition analysis, continuous glucose monitoring and expert medical guidance, we help you better understand your risks, track meaningful changes and take practical action earlier.

Our aim is simple:

Help you stay well, stay capable and remain independent for longer

Diagnostic Technology Has Advanced Rapidly

Modern health technology now allows us to measure and track important changes within the body far earlier and more accurately than ever before.

Advanced blood testing, continuous glucose monitoring, body composition analysis and affordable modern scanning can now provide valuable insights into:

  • cardiovascular and metabolic  health
  • visceral fat and muscle mass
  • glucose regulation and insulin response
  • Vascular health and blood pressure
  • Fitness, recovery and long-term resistance

These tools help move healthcare from reacting to problems later — to identifying risks and opportunities earlier.

At Healthy at 100, we combine modern diagnostics with expert interpretation and long-term tracking, helping you understand what matters most and where targeted changes can make the biggest difference to your future health, performance and independence.

Our Ethos

You should be in control of your own body.

Most people know surprisingly little about what is happening inside their own body until symptoms appear.

We believe people should have access to meaningful health insights, clear medical guidance and the tools to improve their future health, while there is still time to act.

Our role is to help you better understand your risks, performance and long-term health. But you remain in the driving seat.

Science first. Not trends.

Our programmes are built on clinical evidence, modern diagnostics, and decades of medical experience.

Increasingly, research suggests that many of the common chronic diseases associated with ageing that include; cardiovascular disease, metabolic dysfunction, elements of cognitive decline share and the risk of some cancers, share overlapping metabolic and vascular drivers.

By identifying these changes earlier, there is often an opportunity to improve future health, performance, and long-term resilience.

Expert Human support.

Information alone rarely changes behaviour.

Healthy at 100 combines modern diagnostics with ongoing expert support to help you make meaningful changes over time.

Our aim is not simply to provide results, but to help you understand what matters most and how to improve it, in a realistic, achievable and medically grounded way.

Our Why

Healthy at 100 was created from frustration with the limitations of modern healthcare.

After decades working as a GP, I saw that most healthcare still reacts to illness after it develops, rather than helping people identify risks earlier and stay healthier for longer. At the same time, people are overwhelmed by conflicting advice about diet, exercise, supplements and longevity, often without access to reliable medical interpretation or meaningful diagnostics.

We believe there is a better approach

Modern diagnostics and preventive medicine now allow many important health risks and performance changes to be identified far earlier than before. Small changes made early can often have a major impact on future health, capability and independence.

Healthspan is not simply about living longer. It is about staying healthier, stronger and more independent for longer.

We focus on identifying the measurable changes that matter most to your long-term health and performance, then helping you take informed, sustainable action while there is still time to influence and improve your future health.
