1. Introduction
Welcome to Healthyat100 Private GP. These Terms and Conditions outline the services provided, payment policies, and the responsibilities of both the practice and the patient. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services Provided
Our private GP practice offers the following services:
- General medical consultations (in-person and virtual)
- Preventive healthcare advice
- Health Screening services
- Chronic disease management
- Minor illness
- Private prescriptions
- Referrals to specialists and diagnostic services
- Health check/physicals (one physical is included in your annual membership fee)
3. Services Not Covered
- Emergency or urgent care (patients with life-threatening conditions should call emergency services)
- Specialist consultations (beyond initial referral)
- NHS-funded services
- Long-term mental health care requiring secondary services
- Travel health consultations and vaccinations
- Home visits, out-of-hours consultations, advice via email
- Certain controlled medications that require specialist oversight
- We reserve the right to refuse services, in the unlikely event that one of our GPs identifies needs which are beyond their expertise (or likely to be the wrong fit to the needs of a client)
4. Fees, chargeable items and Payment
- Every consultation is chargeable and fees for each consultation (physical or virtual) are payable at the time of booking the appointment.
- Health screening services, such as blood tests and other lab work, will be chargeable.
- Vaccines, imaging and prescriptions and other additional services will incur separate charges.
- Detailed medical or insurance forms (or wider engagement) and assessments for driving licences will be chargeable.
- Employer/sickness letters will not be chargeable.
- Referral letters to specialists will not be chargeable.
- One annual health check/physical is included in your annual membership. If additional checks are required these will be chargeable.
- Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer or other approved payment methods.
- No refunds will be issued for missed appointments without prior cancellation within 48 hours (see Cancellation Policy).
5. Membership Plans (if applicable)
Our membership plan offers the following features:
- Membership is Individual and personal, for adults over 18 years of age.
- Selected discounts for Healthyat100 Programmes for Private GP patients
- Priority booking
- Annual health checkups as part of the initial take-on fee and follow-on annual membership fee
- Note - Healthyat100 Ltd reserves the right to refuse membership or to deny renewed annual membership for no reason
6. Cancellations & Missed Appointments
- Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a full consultation fee.
7. Prescriptions & Medications
- Private prescriptions are provided at the discretion of the GP and are chargeable.
- Prescription costs at the pharmacy are separate and not included in consultation fees.
- Repeat prescriptions may require a follow-up consultation.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- Patient records are stored securely and handled in accordance with data protection regulations.
- Patient data will be stored in line with GDPR but we may share anonymized data for research purposes.
- Information will only be shared with other healthcare providers with patient consent, except where required by law.
- Patients will be warned against sharing medical concerns on social media and we will not respond to such queries or communication.
9. Complaints & Feedback
- We welcome feedback to improve our services.

10. Limitation of Liability
- While we strive to provide high-quality care, we are not liable for any complications arising from treatment or advice received.
- Patients must understand that no clinical procedure is entirely risk-free, and any complications arising from treatments are not the clinic’s responsibility beyond reasonable medical duty
- We do not assume responsibility for delays or failures in specialist referrals beyond our control.
11. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
