GP Service

Healthyat100 and our team of specialists provide the knowledge, tools, and support to help you stay healthy, improve strength, performance, and stability in simple, practical ways. We aim to reduce the risk of common illnesses and physical decline by putting you in control of key metrics like cardio health, metabolic health, cancer risk, strength, and longevity. By doing this, you should significantly reduce your need for a GP or hospital services until later in life.

However, some unexpected issues will still arise. When they do, it's important to have an experienced GP who can quickly and effectively help you address any medical concerns.

Our GP Services

Available in person, by phone, or online, our team of GPs provides medical advice, routine check-ups, and ongoing health management.

To register for this ‘just in case’ private GP service, there is a £200 upfront fee for a comprehensive take-on. If you are already on a Healthyat100 programme, this includes a consultation to review your medical history and current issues.

Subsequent appointments are £150 per consultation. Our GPs are here to support with specific problems, prescribed medications, and referrals for diagnostics and specialists.

We don’t charge for employers’ letters, prescription scripts, or many other add-ons (though tests and scans are chargeable). We offer a responsive, convenient service for busy people who want immediate, high-quality care.

This service is designed for those who want to be prepared ‘just in case’ of an unexpected issue. Our goal is for most clients to rarely need a GP if they focus on their health through one of our Healthyat100 programmes.
