Aesthetic Treatments
Our approach to aesthetics focuses on supporting skin and hair health in a way that feels natural and intentional. Using medically led treatments, we aim to improve skin quality, expression, and tissue resilience over time.
The focus is on subtle, gradual changes that sit comfortably with how you look and feel, so the results feel like a natural continuation of you.
Where Confidence Meets Care
At HealthyAt100, we see how you feel in your skin as part of your overall health. Our treatments are designed to support both appearance and the underlying quality of your skin and tissues, so any changes feel aligned with you.
Anti-wrinkle treatments soften lines by relaxing overactive muscles, helping you look more rested while maintaining natural expression. The approach is measured and precise, focusing on areas where repeated movement has created visible tension over time. In some cases, treatment can also ease discomfort linked to headaches, eye strain, or excessive sweating, making the benefits feel practical as well as visible.
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) offers a regenerative approach that works with your body’s own repair processes. By concentrating growth factors from your blood and reintroducing them into targeted areas, it supports gradual improvements in skin texture, resilience, and overall tissue health. It is also used to support hair health, particularly where early thinning reflects changes in follicle activity and circulation.
All treatments are medically led and grounded in a detailed understanding of anatomy and physiology. The focus is on subtle, natural improvements that sit comfortably with how you look and feel. The intention is to support you over time, so your appearance continues to reflect your energy, confidence, and overall wellbeing.
Anti-Wrinkle Treatments: Targeted Care, Thoughtfully Applied
Our anti-wrinkle treatments focus on key facial regions where muscle activity and expression patterns contribute to visible ageing or physical discomfort. Every treatment is guided by anatomic precision and an understanding of how muscle movement, skin integrity, and self-perception interact. Botox is not a substitute for good skin care, but when used judiciously it can complement a healthy approach to maintaining a youthful, natural appearance.

Glabella (Frown Lines)
The glabella is the area between the eyebrows that often develops vertical frown lines from habitual muscle contraction. Treatment here helps soften these lines, creating a calmer and more open appearance. This treatment also relieves the habitual strain to provide a sense of relaxation around the eyes and forehead.

Forehead (Horizontal Lines)
Horizontal lines across the forehead develop due to repetitive muscle movement and skin laxity. A carefully balanced approach reduces the appearance of these lines without affecting natural brow movement. The result is a smoother, more rested look that supports healthy skin tone.

Eyes (Crow’s Feet)
Fine lines around the outer corners of the eyes are a hallmark of expression and smiling. Over time, these lines can deepen and cause the eyes to appear tired. Treatment here gently refreshes the area while preserving natural warmth and character. This treatment helps maintain skin elasticity, and supports even skin texture.

Axillary Hyperhidrosis (Excessive Sweating)
For those affected by excessive underarm sweating, this treatment offers a clinically proven, non-invasive solution. By temporarily blocking sweat gland overactivity, it restores comfort, reduces irritation, and improves quality of life in both professional and social settings.

What to Expect During & After Your Anti-Wrinkle Treatment
Your session begins with a short discussion to understand your goals and expectations. We assess the area to be treated and explain what to expect during and after the procedure. Treatments are personalised to your anatomy and desired results, ensuring subtle, natural-looking improvements.
After treatment, we provide clear post-care guidance and schedule follow-up as needed to ensure results meet your expectations.
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP): Supporting healthy ageing through regeneration
PRP is a regenerative treatment that uses the body’s own repair mechanisms to support tissue health, resilience, and function as we age. A small sample of your blood is taken and gently processed to concentrate platelets. These cells play a key role in healing and regeneration. The platelets contain growth factors and signalling proteins that help stimulate cellular repair, collagen production, and improved tissue quality.
The resulting PRP is then re-introduced into targeted areas, such as skin or scalp, using a combination of precise injection techniques and medical-grade microneedling with the Xcellaris Pro system. Microneedling creates controlled micro-channels in the skin, allowing the PRP to be delivered more effectively while also stimulating the skin’s natural repair response. Because PRP is derived from your own blood, it is biocompatible, low-risk, and free from any synthetic substances

Skin Health
From a healthy ageing perspective, changes in the skin reflect shifts in collagen production, blood supply, and cellular repair over time. PRP is used to support these processes, helping improve skin quality without altering facial shape or expression.
It can support improvements in texture, tone, and overall skin quality, while encouraging collagen production and improving resilience. This often leads to a healthier, more rested appearance.
PRP is particularly useful for the face and hands, where changes in skin quality and thickness tend to be more noticeable.
Results develop gradually over several weeks as the skin responds and regenerates.

Hair Health
Hair thinning is common with ageing and reflects changes in follicle activity, blood supply, inflammation, and hormonal signalling over time. PRP is used to support follicle health and function, particularly in the earlier stages of thinning.
It can help support existing follicles, improve scalp blood flow, and encourage hair to remain in the growth phase for longer. This may lead to improvements in thickness and overall hair density.
PRP does not create new hair follicles, but it can help preserve and strengthen those already present. It is often used as part of a broader approach to hair health, alongside metabolic, nutritional, and hormonal support where appropriate.

Treatment Guidelines
PRP treatment begins with venipuncture carried out by Dr Gavin Ralston, where a small sample of blood is collected. This is then processed using centrifugation to separate and concentrate the platelet-rich plasma.
The treatment itself is performed by Dr Duncan Ralston, alongside an experienced PRP practitioner, ensuring a medically led and carefully delivered approach. Dr Duncan Ralston has limited clinic availability. Get in touch with our team to book an appointment.
The cost of treatment includes the specified treatment area. Where sufficient PRP remains after the primary area has been treated, additional areas may also be treated within the same session at no extra cost.
What to Expect During and After Treatment
PRP is typically delivered as a course of treatments rather than a single session, reflecting the gradual nature of tissue regeneration. An initial programme usually involves 2–3 sessions spaced around 4–6 weeks apart, allowing the biological processes triggered by PRP, such as cellular signalling and collagen production, to develop between treatments. Protocols are personalised and may be adjusted based on your skin or hair health, stage of change, and overall health profile.
Treatment itself is generally well tolerated and involves minimal downtime. Following the session, it is common to experience mild redness, warmth, or slight swelling in the treated area, along with a feeling of tightness or scalp sensitivity. These effects usually settle within 24–72 hours.
Improvements develop gradually over the following weeks as the tissue responds and regenerates. PRP is best viewed as a longer-term approach to supporting skin and hair health, with changes building over time rather than appearing immediately.
