4. Eligibility

• To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old.
• By registering or purchasing a programme, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

5. Ordering & Payments

• All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe using the payment option and schedule shown before you confirm your order.
• JumpStart100 is £695 and is paid in full at checkout.
• Foundations is £1,395. You may pay in full or pay £695 at checkout followed by two monthly payments of £350.
• 100NotOut is £2,495. You may pay in full or pay £1,395 at checkout followed by five monthly payments of £220.
• The Foundations and 100NotOut payment plans do not add interest, an administration fee or a late-payment fee. The total payable is the same as the pay-in-full price.
• Where a valid promotion or referral code is accepted, the discounted total and any revised payment schedule will be shown before you pay. Only one code may be used for an order and codes cannot be combined.
• For discounted Foundations and 100NotOut payment plans, the initial payment may remain unchanged and the discount may instead reduce the later monthly payments. The exact schedule shown at checkout forms part of your order.
• Some referral codes are issued through referral partners. HealthyAt100 may pay that partner a referral commission at no additional cost to you.
• GP Essentials is £30 per month and GP Complete is £58 per month. These memberships continue monthly until cancelled in accordance with the applicable membership terms.
• Prices shown at checkout are the total customer price unless the Website expressly states otherwise. Prices may change for future orders, but not for an order or agreed payment schedule already confirmed.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary based on the programme selected and the stage of cancellation. If you cancel after completing your order but before your first consultation, you will be charged a £50 setup fee, but the remainder of your initial payment will be refunded.
• If you cancel after the first consultation and initial diagnostics, the portion already paid may be retained to cover services delivered and costs already committed. Any programme-plan payments that have not yet fallen due will be cancelled, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.
• If a scheduled programme payment fails, we may pause services that have not yet been delivered while we contact you and try to resolve the payment. We do not charge a late-payment fee.
• If you have agreed to a diagnostic or additional service and wish to cancel, you must provide notice within the agreed time frame. If costs associated with the service have not been accrued or committed, our team will attempt to cancel and refund the specific charge.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
• Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a full consultation fee and/or stage payment, at our discretion

• You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes only.
• Unauthorised use, including attempting to access restricted areas, distributing harmful software, or engaging in fraudulent activity, is strictly prohibited.

8. Health Disclaimer

• Our proactive health programmes and services are designed for general health management and risk reduction where applicable. They are not a substitute for GP services, diagnosis, or treatment of medical conditions.
• Our qualified doctors and specialist partners (including exercise, sports performance, weight management experts, sleep practitioners, and nutritionists) will provide guidance. However, you must ensure that any changes to your health routine and lifestyle are appropriate for you.
• If you have concerns about your health, medications etc. it is your responsibility to consult your regular GP or healthcare provider.
• We do not provide emergency medical care.
• We do not guarantee specific health outcomes as a result of using our services. Results may vary based on individual circumstances.

• By using our Website, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability & Disclaimers

• While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee that the Website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, injury, or damages resulting from the use of our services or Website.
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services, and we are not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of reliance on the information provided directly by us, our partners or on our Website.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
