You do not need to decide before booking. The initial consultation helps identify the right route.
Can my consultations all be managed online?+
No. HealthyAt100 programmes are hands-on and include physical examinations, supervised diagnostics and face-to-face support. You can start with a video consultation, and some follow-up appointments may also be managed online.
Can HealthyAt100 help with general medical advice?+
Yes. The core programmes focus on prevention, not typical primary care illnesses or chronic disease management. If you need general medical advice or support with an unexpected issue, our private GP service may be the right route.
